I moved my son to Discovery Tree Springvale in October, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this centre. It’s a beautiful family-owned centre, and you can truly feel the difference. The owners and family are so hands-on, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It doesn’t feel like “just another childcare,” it feels like a community. The number one priority for everyone there is the children’s safety, and that gives me so much peace of mind. My son came from a previous centre where we had some really upsetting experiences, including him being manhandled, and I was receiving incident reports almost weekly. Since moving to Discovery Tree, I’ve only had two incident reports (my sons doing lol) in four months. That alone speaks volumes. More importantly, he is thriving. He is growing in confidence and absolutely loves going to daycare. His teachers — Claire, Angela and Olivia — have been incredible pillars of strength and support. You can genuinely see how much they care about each individual child. Watching the way they interact with the kids is amazing, it’s nurturing, patient and full of heart. I’m beyond grateful to have found this centre and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe, caring and supportive environment for their child. ~ Tammy
